We're converting part of the car park at Green Rooms into a green space for guests staying at the hotel, customers at our bar and restaurant and local people to enjoy.

With support from Sanctuary Housing's 'Grand Ideas Fund', a donation of materials Wood Green Timber and input from local community gardener Luke 'Duke' Newcombe, we've now completed the 'hard landscaping' element of the project - a number of timber benches and planters (see pictures below) - and we're gearing up to get planting some bulbs for some Spring colour next year!

We're looking for green-fingered volunteers to help us plant bulbs on Sunday 26th November between 10am and 2pm.
