Inspired by our Cuban jaunt at the end of last year, Pop's is bringing you a pina colada themed menu inspired by the drink that kept us refreshed when there. We're going to transform Green Rooms into a Latin Caribbean haven, come and bring the long weekend in vibrantly.

A Pina Colada welcome cocktail, a starter of softened goats cheese with black peppercorns and mango bruschetta. We're bringing our lightly fried hake marinated overnight in Caribbean green sauce on a bed of coconut rice with spiced garlic callaloo for the main. We'll then finish the evening off with some gorgeous Pina Colada panna cotta.
